Victim Service Provider Survey

The Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority is conducting a study on crime victims’ needs, organizational capacity, and gaps in services in Illinois. The purpose of the study is to understand victim service providers’ perspectives on the needs of crime victims, providers’ capacity to meet those needs, and victim service gaps.

Agencies who provide services to Illinois victims of crime are invited to participate in a survey to gather information for this study.

Survey participation is voluntary. A decision not to participate will have no impact on current or future grant funding from the Authority, nor will it impact the Authority’s relationship with your organization.

Please share this electronic survey with other victim service providers in Illinois.
