Morgan McGuirk

Research Analyst

Morgan McGuirk is a Research Analyst in ICJIA’s Center for Justice Research & Evaluation. Before joining ICJIA, Morgan was a graduate research assistant in the University of Missouri-St. Louis Criminology & Criminal Justice Department, where she worked on grant-funded research projects examining consequences of legal fines and fees across eight states and on reducing the St. Louis County jail population. Her research interests include corrections and reentry, the collateral consequences of punishment, and evaluating evidence-based practices. She has a master’s degree in criminology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and a bachelor’s degree in criminology from Loyola University of Chicago.
